At Kundiman, we’re deeply grateful to everyone who has contributed toward our goal of a fee-free Retreat in 2024 so far. Now, we’re excited to share that a generous group of donors will be 100% matching all donations through tomorrow, Giving Tuesday, up to $10,000!
Financially accessible programming is essential for a truly inclusive Kundiman. A majority of Kundiman Fellows make under the median income. A fee-free Retreat will ease the financial burden on AAPI writers and open doors for more writers to apply.
All funds raised between now and the end of the year will go toward application fees, tuition, housing, and food costs for the 2024 Retreat. Our goal is to ensure that no one has to pay to apply for or attend this transformative program.
