Aria Aber’s novel Good Girl was announced as a finalist for the Publishing Triangle Awards in the Edmund White Award for Debut Fiction category. Rajiv Mohabir’s collection Seabeast was named a finalist in the Thom Gunn Award for Gay Poetry category.
Lisa Lee’s debut novel American Han was released from Algonquin Books.
Sanam Sheriff was interviewed by Debutiful about their forthcoming debut poetry collection HUM.
George Abraham’s poems “Get Fucked & Drown” and “Still (somehow) life with two dead Palestinians and a settler” were published by Protean Magazine.

Hazem Fahmy’s collection Forms of Commitment was announced as the runner-up for the 2025 Etel Adnan Poetry Prize, and will be published by Noemi Press in 2027.

Susanna Kwan’s novel Awake in the Floating City and Katie Yee’s novel Maggie; Or, a Man and a Woman Walk Into a Bar were longlisted for the 2026 PEN/Hemingway Award for Debut Novel.
Shireen Madon’s poems “Honey Bees Are Not At Risk of Extinction” and “Postcolonial, Second Generation,” and Dujie Tahat’s poem “I Did Not Know, When I First Said I Love You, I Was Thinking About Thinking” was published in the Winter 2025–26 issue of Ploughshares.
Cathy Linh Che’s collection Becoming Ghost was named the Asian American Poetry Winner for the 2026 Asian Pacific American Awards for Literature from the Asian Pacific American Librarians Association (APALA). Mariah Rigg’s novel Extinction Capital of the World was named the Pasifika Adult Fiction Winner, and Susanna Kwan’s novel Awake in the Floating City was named the Asian American Adult Fiction Winner.
