In March, we attended the annual Asian American Caucus at AWP 2025 in Los Angeles. This town hall-style hangout and community space was organized by Kundiman, the Asian American Writers' Workshop, and Kaya Press.

We discussed what it means to steward Asian, Pacific Islander, and diasporic literature collectively and individually, and spoke about what solidarity looks like in this work.

It was an invigorating get-together where we connected with fellow writers and shared resources and community news to uplift one another.
