The Sealey Challenge — created by poet Nicole Sealey and currently run by the University of Arizona’s Poetry Center — is a community challenge where participants read one book of poetry a day for the month of August.
This year marks the 10th summer of the Sealey Challenge. In honor of the occasion, Kundiman was invited to recommend a reading list of 10 poetry books as a suggested starting point for the challenge:
