Critical Wonder: Process and Poetics
Craft Class:
Saturday, 1:00 PM–3:30 PM ET
May 9th
Open to all writers of color
Explore how poetic devices — such as the line break and visual-sonic forms — also function as matters of practice affecting our personal and political selves. Our guides may include writers such as Fred Moten, Renee Gladman, Jackie Wang, and Theresa Hak Kyung Cha. Participants in this one-day poetry craft class are invited to bring along objects related to their creativity for a writing exercise.
This class will take place on Zoom and the class time is listed in Eastern Time. There are scholarships available and the deadline is listed on the individual course page.
