The Kundiman Retreat provides a space for AAPI writers to build community with one another as they forge deeper relationships to their artistic processes and generate new work. It also offers craft classes and mentorship meetings with renowned writers, and we are excited to announce our poetry and fiction faculty soon.

The 2026 Kundiman Retreat will be held at Pratt Institute’s Brooklyn Campus in New York City from Monday, June 15th to Saturday, June 20th, 2026, and the application period will be open from December 15th, 2025 to January 15th, 2026.
